It was the first flat prepared to receive guests. Opened in 2016, the west-facing terrace, this one-bedroom flat is an asset for those arriving from walking through the historic centre and wishing to relax.

Located 5 minutes from Carolina Michaellis Metro Station and 10 minutes from Rotunda da Boavista, the apartment offers air conditioning and laundry facilities.

The fully furnished and equipped kitchen allows guests to cook their meals in a prepared and dedicated space. Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is 25 minutes away by metro, but we can arrange a shuttle service upon request.

The flats are located in Rua dos Burgães. In a refurbished house and transformed into two two-bedroom flats. The flats offer two bedrooms furnished and equipped with flat-screen TV with cable channels. Its location, 5 minutes from Lapa Metro Station and 15 minutes from Rotunda da Boavista, allows guests to reach the Historical Centre in 2 minutes by metro and 20 minutes on foot. After a walk, guests can enjoy a terrace properly equipped with furniture for their meals and sunbathing. The airport is a 30-minute metro ride away, but we can arrange a shuttle service upon request.

Bessa

The flat is located near the Bessa stadium, close to Avenida da Boavista. It is on the sixth floor and provides fantastic views over the city. With two furnished and equipped bedrooms, holidaymakers can find a fully equipped and furnished kitchen with all utensils and a laundry room. The living room and the dining room, facing south, allow a perfect stay with the views to the city and to the sea. The flat provides a parking space.
