Born in 2012, the Guest House O'Porto Seven was prepared to solve the problem created by the change in legislation on hospitality and that "forced" the old owners of lodging establishments to do remodeling works, in order to allow the provision of a temporary accommodation service in establishments that met the legal requirements, allowing its continuity, with the adaptation and remodeling of its facilities, formalizing the concept of Local accommodation.

So, after 6 months of adaptation works, we opened our activity in November. The growing demand for the city of Porto as a tourist destination, gave us the opportunity to open 4 new units, this time as furnished flats for short stays and two villas in Montalegre, in the heart of Gerês, increasing and diversifying the offer.

From 2012 to today, we have welcomed thousands of guests of almost every nationality to our facilities.
